     Sidney said he grew up in Pembroke Onrario. The family had immigrated to Canada. Then they moved to Wilmington Del. There Sidney met Catherine Shute when she was a scullery maid for the Duponts and he was the butler.

He sold his home on Ashburn St. Philadelphia after his wife died. Went to a Veterans Home, Holidayberg Vets home in Pittsburg. Was always very alert and able to do his own taxes. He moved to Coatesville Vet. Home before he died.
